Is there a free trial available?
For small, personal deployments, the "Free" option is a great choice. We can offer a timed trial for our "Pro" subscription. To request this feature, please contact support@senospace.com after creating an account.
What does the subscription fee include?
The subscription fee is for SenoSpace network access, analytics, backend services, alerting and reporting over e-mail or SMS, mobile app and the ability to communicate to your wireless devices.
Do I need a subscription?
Depends on your use-case. Unlike competitor systems which either focus only on B2B or B2C, SenoSpace's system can work for both types of customers. If you have 10 or less devices, not a lot of groups, don't need enhanced user management, data retention and analytics for more than 1 month and no SMS alerting, then the free option is a great choice. For all other customers, we recommend the Pro or Enterprise subscription plans. Free plans can always be upgrade at a later point, so there is no commitment!
Do you offer more discounts?
Discounts are based on volume and those on an Enterprise level account can receive discounts. Contact sales@senospace.com for further details.
How does billing work?
You can purchase a Pro subscription when purchasing the hardware through the website. Enterprise based accounts can contact sales@senospace.com if wiring is required.
